What do we look for in our staff?
Chai Coffee Co, staff will report directly to the Cafe Owner/Manager. As Staff you are responsible for interacting and inspiring our guests through delicious edible beverages and well-curated mix of food offerings. At Chai Coffee Co as a Tea & Coffee Barista you are passionate about food and beverages. You will meet all guests with a warm smile and enthusiastic greeting, answer their questions, take orders and accept payment as well as prepare and serve food and drinks. As part of Chai Coffee Co Staff will contribute to the positive and enthusiastic team environment who work together as a cohesive team with a focus of excellence in all that we do.
